Heights and Westover Hills. RPGA's
work can also be seen in many of
Dallas's elite neighborhoods such
as Turtle Creek, State Thomas, North
Oak Cliff, and East Dallas. The
client list expands beyond the DFW
area and includes a wide variety

throughout Texas and the United
States. RPGA's commercial portfolio
includes space planning for the
Southlake Town Square Development,
several DISD schools, Dallas, Irving
and Fort Worth Fire Stations, The
Residence of Museum Place and the

The conversion of the Ace-Baking
building in Downtown Dallas into
luxury loft apartments, the renovation
and expansion of the FWISD William
