Fort Worth Mercado
The Fort Worth Mercado is the first major development of its kind on the North Side of Fort Worth in more then 30 years. Created to be a destination point for not only tourist but local Fort Worthians, it is a 56,000 square foot mixed use facility. The ground floor is comprised of a major restaurant, a bank, and a number of Mercado style shops with an open Paseo for public gatherings and functions. The second floor is comprised of offices while the third floor functions as a meeting hall designated for corporate conferences, fiestas, quincineras and other types of gatherings. The third floor is over 6,500 square feet along with roof top terraces that overlook Downtown Fort Worth and The Stockyards. The architecture is intentionally reflective of the thriving culture of the North Side. |
